Not everyone can afford the luxury and comfort that comes with the double priced first-class fare, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a first class experience while on the flight. Drown out the screaming child in 14E with noise canceling headphones; then you can enjoy music, a movie, or an article on your ipad to pass the time.
For longer flights, bring a sleeping mask and neck pillow for a little beauty sleep on the plane.
Remember to dress in layers, airplanes no longer offer blankets on flights. Look fresh and flawless even after a long flight with refreshing products such as MAC blot film and Evian mineral spray skin moisturizer (travel size). I opt for comfy materials in tailored cuts such as an oversized button up and jersey scarf, and always travel with close-toed shoes so my tootsies don’t get cold.
Resist the urge to wear a full face of makeup, go with neutrals, a more-natural beauty look and freshen up at the airport when you arrive.
