One bottle of Lambrusco (available in red or white)
1/2 cup of Malibu rum
Fruit: oranges, blueberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, lemon
Try: a pinch of cinnamon
Cut fruit and toss into a pitcher or carafe. pour wine into carafe, add rum, and squeeze juice from orange into mixture. let sit overnight.
It’s Monday afternoon, I’m quite certain we could all use a cocktail right about now! In celebration of this week’s Vegas theme (yes, I’m heading to Sin City this weekend for a little getaway), I thought it only appropriate to post one of my favorite classic cocktail recipes that also happens to be a favorite hot-spot in Las Vegas– the Cosmopolitan.
